Our property cleanout process gives you clear milestones from the initial walkthrough through final closeout. Timing depends on the property, your readiness and the availability of outside providers.

Prepare for your cleanout
Tell us about the property and your goals. Identify what stays and handle any selling or donations assigned to your tier. Organizing help is available.
Step 2
Walk through the property
We review the rooms, contents and access, take photos, and note anything that must stay or needs special care.
Step 3
Approve the plan
Review your written scope and estimate, including your preparation and any outside services. We move ahead once you approve.
Step 4
Coordinate the details
We schedule the crew, hauling and any donation or resale partners. Together, we confirm what stays, what goes and where.
Step 5
Clear the property
We remove designated contents and coordinate the agreed donation, recycling and disposal routes, while protecting items marked to stay.
Step 6
Review & wrap up
We finish the agreed cleaning, document completion, and provide available donation records and your final invoice.
